The Rise Cafe in Somerset

Love! Some things can be pricey, but that's my only complaint! Quality of food and service is fantastic.

Excellent place for lunch and quick breakfast. There is a large selection of pastries and desserts. They also do party platters of desserts.

It an ok place prices are a little high for what you get.

Could be a "cute" place to hang out but the food is horrible. The tiramisu was worse than cardboard. I could never recommend especially when there's many places on the same street that are far better! Go to Lina's restaurant to eat and Starbucks for beverages instead.

Decent food for the most part, but the service has been disappointing the few times I've been. Unfriendly and pretty rude. The food isn't worth the service.

Not only was the food delicious, the latte was made to perfection, BUT like a dope, I left my purse there. They put it aside and everything was still inside! They've got a new customer for life!!!

The Rise Cafe is certainly a "RISE" above DD.......From breakfast items, tuna salad, spinach croissant, danishes etc. The rice dessert and the Kale soup is the best around........Coffee is great as well......Friendly staff.

My biggest issue with the Rise is that they say they are opened until a certain time, but start shutting down the shop an hour before and get upset when customers come in during their final hour. Food and coffee is good but somewhat over priced. Their small “gourmet” cupcakes are definitely not worth the price. The customer service is horrible and the employees are extremely rude and dismissive to customers. The cups they serve iced coffee in are so cheap the lids crack every time I go there and coffee ends up spilled and making a mess. There are much better coffee shops and food options in Somerset that are 100 times better than this place.

The coffee, breakfast sandwiches and pastries are great. Good menu and nice location.

First time visit, and I'll be back! Tons of stuff to choose from, including healthier options. Fast service considering the parking lot was almost full, I was definitely happy with the experience. It was worth the stop.

The Rise Cafe is the best place I've ever been to as far as having coffee and good meal with us breakfast or lunch and sweets to eat. They serve breakfast all day long! the food and the coffee drinks are delicious 😋!

Pulled up to the drive thru at 11:57AM on a Sunday morning and they said they were closed. I was looking forward to some coffee and linguinca rolls. They lost me as and my entire family as customers because they wanted to close early. Terrible customer service.

What a great place! The staff were di nice and personable. The pastry and coffee were phenomenal and I will definitely be back. I even bought a loaf of sweet bread which I had this evening and OMG was it delicious as well. Don't drive by without stopping. You'll regret it.

I always love this place. Cupcakes and cookies are so delicious. Today I had a veggie wrap on wheat bread. It comes with chips and pickles. The girls are always nice too.

Great food and hot coffees at god prices. Could use a couple of couches or sofas to offer different seating with more plugs to be more business friendly. Wish the iced coffee was stronger too but overall it's a very clean place with great service.

I have yet to try their pastries (although they look delicious), but often go here for a quick lunch. I have never been disappointed. Service is always quick and the food is always excellent!

Been visiting this place a lot recently. Been opting for this over Dunkin Donuts. Glad to support a local business, the food tastes better than Dukin, and isn't too expensive.

Superb hometown business with a diverse menu and accomodating, friendly staff.Excellent home made Portuguese pastry and soups. Great coffee and tea. Free WI Fy and place to meet with friends for coffee, a snack or to relax. Opens early if you want to grab a quick break fast either through immaculate indoor seating or via their drive thru. Highly recommended!

YES! High quality, like you'd expect from a place in Providence. Amazing and fresh baked goods, sandwiches, café drinks and more. Super friendly, highly competent artisans and professionals. These people are killing it, all day, every day!

The rise Cafe is a cool coffee shop in Somerset. In many ways it stands out for shiny counters and tables around the large glass panes of glass. They have a great pastry selection as well as cinnamon bread that people order and they run out all the time. They serve a small breakfast and with their Bakery skills everything is really tasty. The people who work there are very very nice. Definitely give the rise Cafe a shot.
